A brand book describes. A brief enables action, built for recruiters/managers and measured by conversion.
Brand books are often broad, polished, and hard to operationalize. An Employer Brand Brief is narrow, practical, and role-relevant. It’s designed for the hiring workflow: what to say, where to say it, and what proof to use. It includes objection handling, templates, and fit signals, plus metrics to track whether it’s working. If a brand book is “what we believe,” a brief is “how we win talent decisions.” Becoming choosable requires enablement, not aesthetics.

When you take a fresh approach to employer branding, more as a business driver than an application generator, as a way to make your differentiated value shine rather than as a bumper sticker, amazing things can happen.
